This includes self-preformed work, subcontract work, any building materials supplied by venders, coordination with city officials and various utility companies, coordination with Owners, Architects and Engineers. My main goals as a Superintendent are to take the necessary steps to ensure the owners is completely satisfied with the project and our performance, and to ensure our company is as profitable as possible
