• Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions • Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies and trends with in-store training • Handle sales and service inquiries for customers by providing efficient, courteous customer service and assistance • Inspire customers to find smartphones, tablets, accessories, and other relevant products to best meet their needs • Drive revenue and meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators• Train, coach, and educate sales employees on Verizon Wireless competitive advantages, products, and services • Troubleshoot and solve customer’s technical issues involving their devices • Provide both formal and one-on-one training and coaching sessions as needed to ensure that store quotas and KPI are met and exceeded

• Meeting corporate quotas for rentals and resident contacts • Maintain accurate resident records with daily updates • Responsible for all collections, deposits, and eviction proceedings • Overseeing the maintenance staff to ensure turns and work orders are completed • Solicit and evaluate bids for contract services • Advertise all available apartments • Resolve issues or concerns from a current or prospective resident

• Installation, repair, maintenance, and upgrades to desktops, notebooks, and servers • Evaluation of technical issues • Solving customer concerns in regards to their electronic devices and software • Troubleshooting problems in an efficient and timely manner • Scheduling work and ordering parts • Installing and maintaining networks
