I began my career in the travel industry on the hospitality side working within the airline and hotel industry before transitioning to learning the corporate travel agency business. I was able to leverage these skills as a foundational pillar of my corporate travel management career where I have built and managed several travel programs in the technology sector for nearly a decade.Affiliations: I am a member of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) and the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). These affiliations have diversified my current vendor relation portfolio and further enhanced my product knowledge. Furthermore, I have also been selected for leadership roles within both organizations as a main stage panelist speaker at the 2018 ACTE Global Conference in New York, a member of the Advisory Board at the 2019 ACTE Global Conference in Chicago in addition to co-hosting a breakout education session. My contributions with my travel program have been recognized in articles with the Business Travel News in May and September of 2018 in addition to American Express in February of 2019 with "5 Tips on How to Help Manage Your Business Travel".
