Responsibilities： -To define and develop Channel marketing strategy, product requirements and positioning, and go-to-market plans to achieve key business objectives.-To identify, Recruit, Enable partners to sell ICT products and solutions from ZTE Corporation-To manage partners to drive sales to meet agreed quotas through marketing programs, account planning, joint meetings;-To work internally with Pre-sales, Delivery, Channel Sales and Product groups to develop enablement program (including pricing, service catalog, training plan, product bundles etc.) for specific partners;-To identify gaps needed in specific partners, develop enablement plans to bridge gaps;Achievement： -Successfully made a significant breakthrough in South Europe and American channels (indirect) market, which is keeping on 35% gross profit for VCS and Data products;-Successfully got big purchase order by System Integrator channel partners in Power, Government and Education industry;-Successfully led the technical marketing team and work with technical resources to remove the technical barriers at Brazilian key projects.-Successfully contributed to one project opportunity with the Italian channel partners, and also received nearly 30 partners in Europe, As Technical Illustrator for VCS product In the ISE 2013 Amsterdam NL;-Successfully contributed to two project opportunities with the Mexican and Brazilian channel partners, and also received nearly 20 partners in Latin America, as Technical Illustrator for VCS product In the InfoComm 2013 Orlando FL;
