Currently working as a Senior Information Analyst for Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.Responsibilities include;• Leading on the development, testing and submission of the Mental Health Services Dataset for the trust. This is a large dataset consisting of 50+ tables and a wide variety of data• Managing a range of nationally mandated mental health data returns, ensuring they are completed and submitted in time, to meet deadlines• Managing and developing a range of Mental Health Power BI dashboards for the trust, which also includes testing and publishing new and updated dashboards. Creating concept designs and applying DAX to manipulate data.• Liaising with clinical services and senior managers within the trust to discuss service requirements, performance and data quality with a view of plan of action• Liaising with external stakeholders such as NHS England and NHS Digital• Completing ad-hoc information requests, including Freedom of Information requests• Using SQL and MS Office to extract and analyse complex data and present findings• Working within projects, such as the Trust Transformation Reporting project which was aimed at restructuring how our NHS trust stores, processes, extracts and visualises data, to enable improved efficiency, accuracy and quality
