Project management of the Supply Chain/Distribution workstream as part of the EU mandated divestment of certain portfolios to allow acquisition of Sigma-Aldrich by Merck KGaA.Key activities managed focussed on the transfer of non-divested manufacturing activities from the divested production facility as well as transfer of manufacturing activities to the divested facility/new owner.

Responsible for supporting the APAC region to determine Sales and Operational requirements as well as areas for improvementand driving these back into the supplying sites and functional groups within the global Supply Chain organisation

Responsible for the development and implementation of customized supply chain processes for key accounts. Responsible for the EMEA On-Site Stock Program
