Upon completion of my High School education, I joined the British Army, October 1997 and left in January 2005. I then began my construction career with Bromley R.D.G. April 2005.I have progressed my career from my initial start as a Groundworker to Site Manager over my continual employment within the Company. Working from an entry position, to junior and now senior managerial roles, gaining experience, knowledge, competence and abilities in the work roles involved in the civil and domestic construction industry.I have sound knowledge and depth of experience of the complexities and intricacies involved in the project management of all involved trades and personnel involved; in ensuring the successful, on time completion of all assigned projects. From initial site set up through to handover to the customer, ensuring liaison and communication is maintained, between internal and external agencies.Testament to my abilities is the successful completion of over 20 sites throughout the South Yorkshire and East Midlands regions. These have included both civil and domestic construction projects. Helping to ensure and secure the Company's continual success and reputation.
