12 years experience as a technician working on the avionics systems of a variety of cutting edge military aircraft.Since June 2019 I have been employed as an Avionics Technician on The RAF Red Arrows, working on the Hawk T1 aircraft.https://www.raf.mod.uk/display-teams/red-arrows/the-team/Joined the RAF in January 2012 as an Avionics aircraft technician.I have 18 months experience working on and maintaining systems on the Tornado aircraft from Oct 2012 to May 2014 at RAF Lossiemouth.I then moved to RAF Coningsby for 4 years working as an Avionics Technician on the Eurofighter Typhoon from June 2015 to June 2019. Within this time I also spent 3 months deployed to the Falkland Islands working on 1435 flt (the Typhoon force based on the island).I have an NVQ level 3 in aeronautical engineeringAnd I am about to undertake an EAL level 3 Programmable Logic Controllers course in September.
