Prior to selling real estate, Daniel owned a landscaping company that focused on creating energy efficient uses of land. This type of work introduced him to clients that often required quick solutions to improve landscapes before homes could be sold and the price would truly be maximized. Beyond having the proper knowledge and skills in his craft, Daniel understood that he possessed certain qualities that most agents lack. This ultimately led to him discovering his passion to continue enriching the lives of so many individuals beyond the landscape of their home. In 2015, Daniel began his journey to build a successful real estate business. With over 16,000 agents in Orange County alone, Daniel has not failed to set himself apart from, less than productive agents, by going above and beyond for his clients and prospects.
