About Daniel Hopper

Construction and people are my passion. I love working with great people on great projects. With almost two decades of experience in the construction industry, I have been fortunate to be involved in some amazing projects and work with many incredibly talented people. My experience spans across new build, refurbishment and fit out projects in many sectors such as education, commercial, retail, hospitality and residential. I believe in leading by example and growing teams by providing the right balance of autonomy and support. I get great satisfaction from seeing my team achieve their goals and grow both professionally and personally. With strong problem-solving skills built over my 15 years of experience I can focus and think clearly when under pressure. These skills along with a strong commitment to everything I do have helped me deliver many projects all with their own challenges. Overall I love assisting teams achieve great outcomes whilst having fun and making the process enjoyable for all.
