Here, I was specially recruited to drive relationship building, negotiations, and business development for a NASDAQ-listed global media commerce company. As such, I champion all aspects of publication and production to support all business verticals as a leader in sourcing, negotiations, and reporting. I identify and research offers and opportunities in line with metric goals and KPIs, drive reporting on campaign performance and trends, and advise senior leaders regarding growth strategies. I continuously improve and refine processes, foster business relationships, and train new account users as a mentor and leader. I write and produce content in addition to project management ownership of multiple concurrent initiatives.During my time here so far, I have comprehensively and proactively trained external partners regarding all aspects of quality requirements, including negotiations leveraging data-driven metrics. I drove a significant increase in media-driven revenue by meeting or exceeding client ROI expectations and retaining more business. I leveraged CRM in collaboration with operations teams to enable ad-hoc and instantaneous news cycles, including ongoing process improvements and workflow streamlining. Here, I comprehensively oversaw the development and management of a diverse and robust portfolio of suppliers and product lines across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. I collaborated with global teams to deliver outstanding results in customer relationship management, price negotiations, performance auditing, sourcing, and vendor relationship management. I drove partner on-boarding and account management, partner and vendor contract negotiations, and training of vendors and partners on best practices for products. I also grew the pipeline of API-connected partners and products, fostered business development through outreach and events, and leveraged opportunities for pipeline growth.During my time here, I established a vital rapport with suppliers to ensure timely contract renewals and ensure continued revenue pipelines. Here, I oversaw all aspects of contract negotiations and relationship development in line with overall business objectives. I led contract negotiations for net rates and terms and conditions with hotel partners with a key focus on European markets. I drove partnership and relationship development in support of sustained revenues and business growth, ensured and approved favourable agreement terms, and managed contracts for a wide array of global chains and individually owned properties. Moreover, I maintained and improved partnership relations in addition to driving revenue growth through development of new business opportunities.
