Requested to take over the management of T-Systems PMO as UK PMO Manager, managing a team of project coordinators and project assurance analysts and promote best practices to the PM community. For each new and existing client, I liaised with customer counterparts to ensure that the processes for end to end project and programme delivery had the correct engagement, reporting and communication. Reviewed and re-engineered the processes, interfaces and engagement with the UK departments. Was also the assigned deputy for the head of department. PMO Transformation Programme (2008) In addition to being the UK PMO Manager, I had the parallel responsibility of running a programme to implement new governance (PMI based), processes, systems and departmental structure to align with the international organisation in a 2 phased approach using a designated international consultancy.

Responsible for line management of a team of PM’s and Coordinators to look after an industry sector portfolio (Automotive and Financial) while also managing the below projects in addition. Integrated a new team TUPE’d across from the acquisition of another IT outsourcing organisation, into the existing team and aligned customer interfaces with T-Systems standards. VAG – Asset Recovery Programme (2007)Reconciliation and recovery of the entire VAG H/W & S/W estate to meet contractual requirements and negotiations (Recovery programme) T-Mobile - Service Improvement Programme (2007)Management of a Programme to identify and improve processes and SLA’s for the customers IT infrastructure and interfaces, utilising senior managers and SME’s across the business.
