I am part of a dedicated team of professionals working alongside industry partners in the training of International law enforcement and customs agents in UK-derived police tactics. ​These tactics enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in counter terrorism and the detection of crime. I have been a police officer for 15 years and have experience serving in emergency response, firearms, public order, crime management and as a behavioural detection trainer. I am a class 1 response driver and have been trained in defensive driving tactics.I have extensive experience in engagement with individuals and organisations including UK Government, international partners, foreign law enforcement and private industry specialists.I have a wide range of skills including crisis management, risk management, administration, people management both in the field and back office as well as working in high pressure environments which require clear critical thinking.
