Since starting my property career I have set about learning and developing the skills to understand, deliver and produce an extensive level of market knowledge across all sectors conventional leasing, flexible office and investment markets. Through my experience I have been fortunate to gain a high level area of expertise behind the strategic approach to companies positions through periods of growth and entry into new markets from an office occupational point of view. I provide a broad level for understanding the diversity of real-estate needs and providing bespoke property solutions. I have a great eye for recognising global and regional trends, in tandem with clients’ local property markets. My extensive understanding of the London property market from an occupational and strategic perspective has given me the ability to advise and source space for a variety of clients including Large corporates and more specifically dynamic growing SMEs alongside growing and established TMT / Fintech clients.I have travelled to North America, Europe and Asia to assist with clients’ requirements and I enjoy handling the entire process, mastering the needs of my clients to enable them to remain focused on their core business activity.I have incorporated tools and services into our approach which enables clients to have a high level of understanding into the office aside from basic metrics such as location, costs and specification.
