Various Roles
CurrentI have been with Midcounties since 2007 and in that time have held various roles, predominantly Senior Travel Advisor but I have also been a branch manager running a branch due to absences, an Assistant manager for the same reason and a company trainer training the new starters. I have always been top seller wherever I've worked and have consistently turned loss making branches into profitable ones. I have also been an Assistant Manager on a permanent basis, my duties involved running the store on the managers days off and when she is at other branches and helping drive the store to achieve target. I am now a dual Branch Manager of Midcounties Erdington and Chelmsley Wood branches and I am working with my team to ensure they are both successful stores.
