Dan’s career at Bass Pro Shops spans 42 years, beginning as a janitor and groundskeeper, evolving to Director of Facilities, and currently the Sr. Director of Environmental and Sustainability. Over the years the team developed a comprehensive facility management program rooted in resource conservation and sustainability.Responsibilities during Dan’s tenure have included Facility Maintenance, Construction, Live Exhibits, Pollution Prevention and Environmental Compliance, Energy Management, Waste Management, Taxidermy and Artifact Acquisitions, Central Corporate Services, Security, Supply Purchasing and Sustainability.
