As Technical manager, I was in charge with assembling and starting up a newautomatic production line. The line consists of 2 cold draw machines, 2straightening and cutting machines, and 1 automatic welding machine. Automationcontains Siemens components, PLC's and PC based DAQ, programming andcontrol.I managed the production and the equipment maintenance.I improved the production time.I fixed the problems appeared in electrical panels (inverters – programming, detectand repair electrical failure, adjust programming parameters for productionefficiency).

I was in charge to follow up the production process, design and implement the automation to improve production.I have designed and build the electrical and automation part for 2 test equipments;I have designed the algorithm and the application program for microcontroller automation used for the 2 test equipments;Experience exchange in Germany;
