Managed the Engineering Division of the Municipal Services Department, overseeing planning, budgeting, design, permitting, bidding, construction, maintenance, and asset management of buildings, roads, bridges, intersections, bicycle/pedestrian infrastructure, drainage systems, and water and sewer utilities. Notable projects included the Town’s annual Road.

Managed the highway design engineering practice of the firm including business development and project delivery. Completed planning, design, and construction administration of roadway, intersection, and multi-use path projects, many funded through the State/Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), Transportation Enhancement (TE), Congestion.

Lead a team of highway design engineers and technicians in the completion of roadway and intersection design projects for public and private clients in MA, ME, NH, and VT. Primary responsibilities included senior engineering oversight of design, project management, Highway Team administration, and business development efforts.

Collected traffic data, completed analyses, and prepared Traffic Impact Studies for a variety of new and expanding commercial developments in NH.
