As a Compliance Associate within Hays Talent Solutions I am responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of contract staff for approximately 20 companies. The companies range from small organizations through to large multi-nationals within Canada and the United States. Through networking with candidates and recruiters I conduct reference checks, comprehensive background checks and ensure that all documentation is completed with quality. Both internal and external parties are kept up to date throughout the compliance process. Auditable records are retained for each candidate as part of the compliance process. I have achieved the award as top performer as part of the compliance team on four monthly occasions. I learned new workflow applications and then trained team members on how to utilize the new solutions. This has enabled processes to be executed efficiently and information to be share by all relevant parties. Gained solid understanding of Human Resource best practices and operational expectations through Advanced Diploma of Human Resources Business Administration. Will continue to develop my competency through achieving CHRP certification.
