Dan, 22 years old, Ferrari specialised vehicle technician. I have recently completed a 3 year apprenticeship with Ferrari in light vehicle maintenance, repair and diagnosis. As well as ferrari and maserati specific training on engine rebuilding and other courses. The apprenticeship required block release training for college while working full time hands on at the dealer.I have 6 years experience with the brand and have carried out many jobs varying from basic services to electrical and mechanical diagnosis, replacing entire wiring looms, and engine repairs. I also assisted in the restoration of a classic Ferrari Dino engine in the first year of my apprenticeship, requiring me to assist in setting valve gaps, lapping valves, timing distributors and other in depth tasks.I am interested in racing or drifting, such as assisting in the PIT lane as a race mechanic, and am actively looking for race teams to work with in order to gain some experience and build my knowledge. In my space time I build, drift, and modify cars.I am always looking for new opportunities and ways to further my career, and am currently considering completing a degree in Enginering.
