Installation & Commissioning Manager of waste water treatment plants.

Managing projects from contract sign off, through design, manufacture and implementation/installation by coordinating WPL activities, liaising with customers and site personnel.

Responsible for all new kitchen equipment installation project work. I took control from the initiation and pre-start meetings to invoice and project closure. The installations ranged from a single unit to the biggest project being complete kitchen remodels for all McDonald stores South of London. This project alone gave the business over half a million pound turnover in a 6 month period.

Responsible for the installation of satellite and digital television through copper and fibre optic cable to clients such as city councils, housing associations and private new build properties all across the south region. The largest being Southampton city council with over 12500 residential properties.
