As Head of Sales and Business Development I am responsible for identifying and developing strategic broker relationships, operations and sales for kinetiQ Underwriting. I take the lead in the development and growth of the MGA, with the support of an outstanding team to assist.I have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success, I am someone who takes a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. In this position, I work closely with compliance, underwriters, and product management teams to achieve sales goals and implement broker development initiatives that maximise and grow the kinetiQ footprint.
