Responsible for 1 on 1 staffing for clients for 8 hr shifts with extremely dangerous and challenging clients. MHTT Job duties include mentoring new employees HTT1 and HTT2 's and passing medication to clients. Daily support of clients with at least two mental disorders in a crisis home. Maintain health and safety of clients and of staff in lock down facility. Daily interaction for 8 hrs a day with complex cases and challenging clients who can be very dangerous and unpredictable. Working with teammates to control crisis situations and maintain safety. Often work with clients who are taken off their medications to gain a baseline or who have stopped taking their medication. Clients come from the State Hospitals or from State Prisons or from other units often due to their violent and aggressive behavioral natures. Work closely with Behavioral Specialist to help create and implement behavioral Support Plans and Individual Support Plans. Often asked for input and guidance in understanding psychological reports and explaining prior treatments used and formulating summaries of prior psychological assessments to be used in background information for both BSP and ISP documentation. Summer 2015 internship for Practicum RequirementWorked in HR department under the appointing authority and manager of the HR Department Billy Martin. Primarily did work as a Human Resources Analyst 3. Job duties were to research leave issues with leave time with and without pay for the hospital, then research the different union contracts. After research was completed tasked with compiling a PPT presentation as well as drafting multiple HR policies regarding leave with and without pay. Presentation as well as drafted policies were then presented to the board of directors for implementation. During time there also assisted in HR investigations as well as attended HR meetings, scored applications through NEO GOV, assisted in interviews for new hires and investigations as well as assisted in compiling training materials and trainings. Was also asked to help in formulations and implementations of materials used for recruitment and helped with recruiters as a researcher. Researched and set up and attended teleconference and web conferences for potential advertisers for the recruitment of employees to the State of Oregon Hospital and developed summaries as well as recommendations to present to the Appointing Authority, my supervisor.

Zlb Plasma Services | Gresham, OR Healthcare ServicesWorked for ZLB Plasma as a supervisor for the donor floor/intake and lab supervisor as well as a Training Coordinator and head of safety committee and member of compliance team. Trained in interview as well as lab procedures and sample collection. I trained new employees in both lab and reception as well as on the floor. I had senior tech (the highest level) in all areas (and supervisor) as well as being the head of the safety committee and on the compliance specialist team. Do much of the receiving of stock and handle all defective materials. Also, I was one of only two technicians trained in whole blood donations, and work closely with the manager for specialty draws. Help with lab procedures and shipping. As a member of quality assurance also follow closely with SOPS to insure compliance and error trending as a possible training development area.
