I began my career in the Distribution Line industry in 2008 as an Apprentice Lineman. I worked toward successfully becoming a Journeyman Lineman where I gained skills in reconducting, troubleshooting, new construction. I progressed in my career to a Crew Leader on a Re-Conductor crew in 2015. In this role I managed a seven man crew in large DOT Re-Conductor project. I was responsible for the safety, productivity, and training needs of my crew members. I then progressed to a Crew Leader over New Business and Maintenance of Distribution systems in Rome Distribution Area.In 2019 I progressed in my career as a Trouble Supervisor in Metro Atlanta. In this major role, I managed Georgia Power Troublemen and several contract crews. I managed the safe and efficient restoration of service to the millions of customers in Metro Atlanta. Currently I am the Distribution Supervisor in the Rome Distribution Area. In this role I plan, organize, and schedule all distribution work in the largest area in the Northwest part of Georgia. I work directly with the crews, engineering, and customers to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
