Ensuring effective quality control is carried out so that all work complies with FCA Regulations, Health, Safety and environmental regulations and customer service standards, putting in place any remedial training and development. Training new sales agents in AA product knowledge and sales approach to ensure competence to sell as well as identifying ongoing training needs through regular observation and assessment for sales agents. Maintaining detailed knowledge of AA membership products and FCA compliance to ensure that the DSF personnel deliver sales growth within the Business compliant framework. Ensuring site managers are sufficiently resourced to meet the AA requirements and reviewing and monitoring predicted peak demand to ensure performance and service levels agreements are maintained at all times. Identifying and negotiating access to sales venues and facilitating the selection of sites by agents to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and cost per sale kept to a minimum.

I recruit, train and coach a team of both Employed Sales Agents and Self Employed Sales Agents, to exceed KPI's.Support the sale of AA products and services through face-to face channels, in particular Direct Sales. In this role I was there to sell AA membership to the public out in the field in various venues from shopping centres supermarkets town centres and shows and also upgrade existing memberships whilst keeping compliant exceed targets regularly

I successfully managed a team of 12 agents by monitoring their individual performance and the whole team performance hourly, daily, weekly and monthly so if there was a downward trend I would stop access then react before its too late and keep developing each agent. This was on both inbound and outbound.

I was a telesales agent in which I had to sell broadband and telephone packages to customers calling in wanting information and closing them to buy now and also people calling about their bills etc… then my job was to up sell them to broadband. I regularly exceeded targets and came in the top 3 for most of the incentives run.

I gone door to door canvassing for double glazing to create the interest in the product and then to create the urgency to get a quote now for a rep to go around and give them a quote and the main objective is to ensure it turns into a sale.
