Drive improved performance across a sales team and identifying the appropriate management style for each team member. Managing absence through return to work interviews and utilising the AA absence process and disciplinary procedure where necessary and taking a proactive approach to reducing long term sickness absence through early and continued intervention. Ensuring effective quality control is carried out so that all work complies with FCA Regulations, Health, Safety and environmental regulations and customer service standards, putting in place any remedial training and development. Training new sales agents in AA product knowledge and sales approach to ensure competence to sell as well as identifying ongoing training needs through regular observation and assessment for sales agents. Maintaining detailed knowledge of AA membership products and FCA compliance to ensure that the DSF personnel deliver sales growth within the Business compliant framework. Ensuring site managers are sufficiently resourced to meet the AA requirements and reviewing and monitoring predicted peak demand to ensure performance and service levels agreements are maintained at all times. Identifying and negotiating access to sales venues and facilitating the selection of sites by agents to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and cost per sale kept to a minimum.

I recruit, train and coach a team of both Employed Sales Agents and Self Employed Sales Agents, to exceed KPI's.Support the sale of AA products and services through face-to face channels, in particular Direct Sales. Develop activities and initiatives that have a positive impact on sales results, through to achieving specific key performance indicators, objectives and sales targets while adhering to compliance, health and safety and corporate governance standards.Identify, develop and negotiate access to sales venues and facilitate the selection of sites by Agents to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and cost per sale kept to a minimum.Provide accurate reports on team sales results as required by Senior Managers.Train new Sales Agents in AA product knowledge, sales process and approach to ensure competence to sell. In this role I was there to sell AA membership to the public out in the field in various venues from shopping centres supermarkets town centres and shows and also upgrade existing memberships whilst keeping compliant exceed targets regularly
