I’m a loyal, adaptable and multifaceted individual with operational responsibility for a growing SME play equipment manufacturer. With 17 direct reports I successfully oversee Logistics, Production & Warehouse including inventory, my key strengths include man & change management, working to tight deadlines and relationship development with external contractors and suppliers.Day to day management of Logistics, Stock (Goods In and out), Transport/Vehicle Fleet & Warehouse Operations alongside responsibility for production, 17 direct reports (5 x transport, 1 x logistics supervisor, 1 x stock supervisor, 3 x yard, 7 x production). Working in a highly pressurised environment my role involves working to tight deadlines with installations taking place across the UK. Typical clients include education organisations (primary and secondary) alongside regional house builders. ▪ Schedule and allocate all production works▪ Organise and plan all deliveries, alongside waste and supplier collections▪ Ensure all goods are received OTIF▪ Ensure all goods are dispatched and received on site in time for prompt installation▪ Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of fleet▪ Oversee all Warehouse and Yard activities▪ Route/Traffic planning for a fleet of 15 vehicles▪ Management of work schedule including materials, production, dispatch & installation▪ Liaising as key contact for suppliers▪ Liaising with contractors and sub-contractors▪ Responsible for careful monitoring of finished goods prior to client dispatch.▪ All health & safety related issues.▪ Liaising with Area Sales Managers and internal parties such as;
