CurrentAdministers the Wing Inspector General Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP). Administers the CCIP Dashboard and Commander's Inspection Management Board (CIMB). Employs SharePoint or other reporting tools to oversee the CCIP Dashboard and provide real-time data on wing programs and inspections. Communicates effectively both orally and in writing. Cultivates positive working relationships and effective communication with assigned organizations. Formulates and develops the annual inspection plan. Prepares annual inspection plans which include evaluations of the effectiveness of the unit/installation, subordinate units, and programs. Analyzes, reviews, and fully implements higher-headquarters regulations and executes supplementary unit/installation inspection guidance. Represents the wing/center in a wide variety of assessment functions at meetings, in working groups, and other situations, including emergency management events in surrounding communities. Applies analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of CCIP and inspection/exercise program operations. Maintains a vast knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the analysis and improvement of program effectiveness or the involvement of complex management processes and systems. Skilled in conducting interviews with supervisors, technical experts, and employees to obtain information about organizational missions, functions, interrelationships, inspection activities, internal controls, and work procedures. Knowledgeable of DoD, Joint, and AF policies, instructions, and guidance related to the planning and administration of the wing/center CCIP program. Maintains a vast understanding of Air Force, MAJCOM, and unit/installation organizational structure, operations, and policies; and mission responsibilities of their many diverse organizational entities.
