Responsible for the relationship management, development of sales strategies and achievement of sales budgets through an allocated Group, representing BTFG's major relationships.

The role is responsible for creating a premium and institutional segment within the BT Investment Solutions Distribution team. Growing the relationship managed accounts and at the same time creating new opportunities within the high net worth/premium and institutional channels by overseeing the planning, management and execution of marketing activities, educational and sales campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing sales & distribution strategy, provide people management, manage internal & external partners, ensure effective management of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements & monitoring and control of sales activities including prepare, submit and deliver financial targets.
