Hansen Filler specialises in the delivery of Executive Search and Interim Management solutions to clients across Europe. Founded in 2017, we have experience of partnering with private equity, venture capital and listed businesses.

Having proven myself as a pivotal and reliable member of the staff at this venue, specialising in events and functions, I was quickly promoted to supervisor within three months of my employment and thoroughly enjoyed the additional responsibilities that came hand in hand with the role. As well as being a strong bartender and front of house team member, I excelled in helping train staff members and ensure the smooth running of services. I would confidently handle any customer relation situations in the absence of the general manager and played a crucial role in building a customer experience that ensured customers always wanted to return.

Eager to carry my love for football into my new life in Manchester, I became the head football coach for Didsbury Sports Ground, a role which included both overseeing the running of holidays camps throughout the year, and adopting responsibility as the head coach of as many of Didsbury’s Sunday league teams as my busy schedule would allow. These roles included planning individual sessions for each team based on abilities as well as analysing each individual player to provide positive support and feedback, and keeping a strong, open line of communication with parents. I thoroughly enjoyed this responsibility and found it extremely rewarded to be able to watch and help young kids develop as footballers and as young men.

I am proud to have secured myself a role working as a sales associate for Yamaha’s flagship UK music store, specialising in the sales of digital pianos. I received in-depth sales and strategy training from dedicated members of the Yamaha sales division, which allowed me to quickly adapt to my role and achieve my monthly sales targets comfortably. My confidence in communication and my interpersonal skills grew exponentially in this role, and I now feel adept in dealing with a range of personality types and thinking on my feet.

Having dedicated many hours throughout my childhood to achieving my grade 8 in guitar, I was delighted to work as a guitar teacher for students across all ages and abilities throughout my gap year, and continue this job remotely throughout lockdown and my first couple years of university. This job crucially allowed me to develop my organisational skills, as I created tailored lessons and pathways for each individual student, enjoyed a 100% pass rate for my students in exams and received some fantastic reviews online.

Having obtained my level 8 football coaching badge, driven by my love of football, I was delighted to take a role helping to run summer football camps for Esher Football Club aged 15. As my leadership and coaching skills developed, a took on roles running weekly training sessions for Sunday league teams and after school clubs in my local area under the employment of Andy Scates. Over time, I became a crucial member of Andy’s coaching team until lockdown prevented me from continuing this role.
