Currently Area Superintendent over the Control and Support Building at the Bluegrass project in Richmond KY

Responsibilities – Develop Construction Engineering Processes and Procedures ( SWPP’s) that provide guidance for all of Construction activities. Review National Codes, Industry Standards, and Site Specific Procedures to ensure Construction activities are in compliance with the latest requirements. Develop and implement site temporary plan for power, water, and gas utilities. Plan and coordinate field activities with Project Superintendents to support Construction schedules, PBI’s and milestones. Develop a forecast staffing plan that will support project schedules with appropriate Field Engineers. Interview and hire all Field Engineers for all disciplines. Approval of performance evaluations, ranking, career development, and training of field engineers to enhance their personal growth. Provide design agencies with constructability reviews as well as provide technical input for Design development. Represent Construction at project and site related committee meetings Manage and support turnover activities, work package closure, and project closeout.
