I introduce Enphase products, services, system design and applications to installation partners. I cover microinverters, battery storage, combiners and more associated solar hardware plus software. I deliver knowledge via hands-on and remote training events. I work with installers to promote operational efficiency while following manufacturer, code requirements along with industry best practices. -I promote and ensure quality solar PV plus battery storage installation through education, training, process development and standards implementation. Working with field operations from Sunrun and managers of our partner networks, I review programs and audit solar installations to ensure that NEC, regional, industry best practices and Sunrun's standards are being met. Additionally, I promote efficiency improvements by sharing knowledge regarding product selection, installation processes and payroll incentives. I have contributed to the Sunrun installation design and standards handbook, Sunrun system modeling (sales and design) software parameters including performance and shade impact validation. I led the development of our original installer training curriculum. -Currently my time is split between varied partner facing training events, including hardware and standards/quality compliance processes as well as developing current and next generation battery storage training documents and processes.-I have led trainings and larger event “summits” on solar alone and solar plus battery storage that cover initial site review to service issues years later. These courses include site survey, system design, installation (equipment and processes), quality auditing and after sales service concepts.-Periodically I assist with complex site evaluation, equipment testing and renewed successful warranty claims when others have been denied.

Role included solar site review, training, technical support and customer service. PV review typically related to solar audit and lease programs. This included detailed notes and corrections as well as best practice notes. Reviews and site analysis are used to find technical issues, failures and system performance concerns. I designed and led training events on various levels, from basics to advanced concept courses, including hands on installation techniques and common error reviews. I presented across North America, hosting both in person and online/webinar events. The audiences varied by site and included contractors, distributors, sales staff and end users.

Responsibilities included explanation of complex details and concepts related to PV products and systems, problem solving, warranty concerns, system design and live support for installation and monitoring issues. With an emphasis on concepts and solutions, rather than short answers or facts, I supported customers and coworkers by ensuring that I presented a larger, functional picture so items were well understood and happily resolved. I created hands on demonstrations and other learning tools from working PV displays to PDFs and video content. My formats included in person, e-mail, phone and web presentation.

Duties include solutions to inquiries and challenges, sales and order support, product specification, explanation of design concepts and direction of customer/issues to the appropriate departments. I managed tasks such as order entry, parts verification and PV system proposals, which included financial, environmental and resource benefits, rapid PV system feasibility and final design.
