Product Owner and Scrum Master for a CAE Team within Air Induction and Powertrain mounts Art. The purpose is to balandce technical resources related to CAE to support the development within Air Induction and Powertrain mounts Art. The team consists of three different work ares. Structure analysis, System analysis and Fluid analysis. The team is responsible for securing structural integrity at high performance for the powertrain suspension. Focus is also on finding the optimal suspension for the mounts with MBS. This is combined with supporting development for Air induction system by performing CFD calculations.

CAE Structure Analyst at Driveline Installation.The powertrain suspension usually consists of two hydro mounts and one to three torque rods depending on the power output from the engine. The hydro mounts connect the gearbox and the engine to the body side and is using vulcanized rubber for isolating the vibration and movement from the engine. Screw joints of varying dimensions are used and these are realistically modeled in the analysis with nominal pre tension forces. The brackets are made out of sand casted and milled aluminum for the prototype stages and later on HPDC (high pressure die cast) aluminum for production. The job description consists of making sure that the components can withstand abuse loads originated from various types of extreme driving conditions. These components also have to break in a controlled manner during dynamic loads for certain crash scenarios to ensure a low crash pulse. Topology optimization is integrated in to the design process and utilized continously to reduce component weight and increase structural performance.Close collaboration with other attribute areas, such as NVH, Crash, Ride comfort, Driveability, Transmission and Propulsion enables productive development.

The master thesis was carried out at R&D Powertrain Transmission. The purpose was to develop a method for measuring and analyzing the angle of the driveshaft joint during normal and harsh driving conditions. The end result was a method for extracting a torque and joint angle load collective.

Summer work at Preemraff Lysekil durimg the summers between 2007-2010. Responsible for operation at a process plant that is a smaller area within the refinery itself. These plants produce gasoline, diesel, hydrogen etc.
