My past position as software engineer at Saab included working together with teams associated with both hardware and software. My primary contributions to the projects consists of:- Java development- JavaScript/TypeScript development- Electron (Chromium) intergration- CI/CD configuration (TeamCity)- Deployment of system onto Linux-based OSThe product industry is associated with radio communication in the aviation industry.

INTEGU was the name of my software development consultancy, with specialization within the fields of Java-based application development. This includes Android, frontend- and backend-desktop application development. My tasks were all handled remote as I lived in India in this part of my life.After INTEGU as a consultancy was closed, I converted the website into my personal blog to share my evaluation and insights of the life of a software engineer.

After half a year working remote, I returned from India and rejoining Capgemini and the growing Bookplan team.The job involved different technologies: - Java (frontend and backend)- Angular (frontend)- SQL - Git (version control)- JBoss (local backend deployment)- Scripts, gradle, virtual machines, etc. (all the small pieces which makes the work process come together)- etc.Likewise the daily tasks also required an array of tools:- Jira (product backlog and scrum board management)- Bitbucket (Management of source code)- IntelliJ IDEA (IDE)- vSphere (virtual machine management)- Putty / WinSCP (SSH Clients)- etc.The Bookplan department was run in multiple agile scrum teams, giving my colleagues and I the flexibility and opportunity to constantly grow as software developers.

As a newly graduated, Capgemini Sogeti was a promising beginning as the company is both involved in Internet of Things and Machine Learning projects. I was hired as part of their "Young Professional" program, which is a one year training program intended to accelerate the start of a promising carrier as a consultant.

Directly after the graduation of my master's degree, I traveled to China as part of Huawei's Seeds for the Future program. The program focused on training within the field of ICT (e.g. machine learning applied to image recognition), telecommunication, cultural experiences and networking opportunities with on the worlds largest telecommunication companies. I was invited by Huawei as a part of ten students, from DTU and AAU, to represent the Danish delegation.

As part of the AAU on Demand corps, I am educated to explain, formulate and visualize the knowledge inquired from my engineering studies to high school students. The AAU on Demand corps provides high schools with the opportunity of a devoted student teacher presenting and explaining a relevant topic from their field of study. The main focus of my presentation is the fundamentals of the internet and artificial intelligence (AI, machine learning, recommendation systems).
