Belongs to a specialist group inside EDS “Solution Centre” whom was send qualified people to different projects to help to the accounts to solved problems or take of charge the projects or operational support, In the last assignment was send to implement a project to Bimbo Account the project “Agencia Moderna”was implemented on time and cost and the same time they gave me the operation of Bimbo and this implicate take care multiple projects around Mexico and Latino America whit different versions of the system, all of them was executed according to Bimbo defined on time and cost reducing over cost for wrongs understanding or deliveries.• Implemented “Agencia Moderna” in time and cost this represent to Bimbo Account at reduction to processing all information from 12 hours to 4 hours giving time to planning the production for the next day.• Take charge of operation of Bimbo systems for Portable System (Hand held) and Integral agency System for México and Latino America with different versions of the system reducing the implementations cost doing whit one team located in Bimbo México• Upgrade the Data Base of Bimbo reducing cost of support for a old Data Base.• Manage to 4 team managers that they have 50 people on charge each one to follow the career plans and assignments for EDS “Solution Centre” the principal challenge was assign the people at least 80% of the time billable, this assignment was accomplish with 90% of successful representation to EDS not generate severances or internal cost to have people with out work.
