Working hand in hand with mechanical foreman, store man for planned shut parts, ensuring Preventative maintenance is conducted to increase the runnability for the machine and have great turn overs on OEES. My experience is massive with being a production tech, to a machine lead and now a system planner. previously I worked for Microtronix an electronics company. My duties were supervision based and setting up production for SMD machinery. I also did works in sales and promotion for companies like Retail Insight and Real Promotions. I am hard working and a self-driven person. I believe in hard work and dedication, always doing your level best.In most recent times I worked at the Medupi Power station as a piping supervisor/ Mechanical Technicians where my duties included reading drawings, replacing damaged pipes in the plant as well as other auxiliary systems.

As a Maintenance Systems Planner it is my responsibility to plan for all the shutdowns at the company. Planning for shutdowns is intensive as you have to communicate with production and see if the time to shutdown is available in terms of having stock at hand. I compile relevant and accurate list of duties needed to be completed during shutdowns, speak to the store-man to ensure that the job planned on shuts have parts available, identify critical parts and ensure stock is always available in stores. The Job requires to develop preventative schedules on all production lines so that inspections and checks are done on the line to identify parts that are wearing out and thus plan for replacement to avoid breakdowns. using the CMMC system on site, am responsible to track running hours, work hours, down time hours, planned and unplanned hours in order to see trends of recurring breaks downs and stoppages. it is my responsibility to spot the trend and plan accordingly. for all new employee I have to train them on how to use the CMMC system to raise job cards and close jobs cards after the artisans have completed the job. look at cost saving project to increase productivity and reduce downtime. Finally do root cause analysis on the recuring breakdown to illuminate the problem permanently.
