Reporting to the global CEO, was responsible for operations and P&L of four business units in the U.S. - two in Chicago, one in New Jersey and one in Minnesota.- Following the acquisition of a group with seven companies in the U.S., led the companies’ integration and the implementation of corporate governance controls, ensuring the group’s culture and best practices were aligned with the acquired companies.- Conducted key negotiations of agreements with international strategic partners, in charge of the Supply Chain area and global supply of chips, ensuring synergy across the different regions, plus the harmonization in standards and gain of scale.- Structured teams for the implementation of global procedures and technology transfer from units in Europe and Brazil to a unit in the U.S., growing revenues to USD 58 M in 2015.
