1. Main Duties• Monitor and control flow, hold up, steam supply and process parameters of Crystallization & Evaporation process. • Routine area patrol to check all the equipment condition (pumps, crystallizer, sight glass, instrument condition, local gauges)• Perform chemical handling (NaOH 10%, H2SO4, Weldbrite etc) both remotely and locally with proper PPE as per instructed.• Follow up and keep updated with the Process Improvement and Modification and always keep track the improved line for ease of control.• Understand the Process thoroughly for better control and problem solving. • Checking area condition and report to Shift Leader• First line maintenance for the equipment related to its process• Communicate with other sub-process operator according to process requirements• To fill out Operation Daily Sheet and Patrol Report.• Take the routine sample according to sampling schedule or as per order by superior.• Routine analysis: Conductivity (CT), Concentration, Discharge Density (DT), visual sample inspection• Keep working area clean and tidy according to 5S principle.2. Supporting Duties• Support other process and maintenance team during troubleshooting.• Perform Safety Patrol to get rid of unwanted incidents and accident and propose for safety improvement in working area
