This opporunity of visual merchandiser helped me to increase my indirect sales skills,by analyzing the sales slips and distributing the clothes in the store, creativity throughcreating new campaigns, rearranging the store, the mannequines and managementskills by being part of the management team and coordinating sales advisors with newtasks everyday depending on the store needs.Relationships with clients,participation in competitions and trainings, work colleagues, but also the position of beauty advisor highly helped me on a personal and proffesional level. I improved my communication,organizational and problem solving skills,mentaining my curiosity for constantly learning and also my creativity.The barista role at Starbucks made me develop my ability to work in a dynamic environment,where I constantly needed to adapt to rapid changes. I learned to interact better with people,work more effectively in a team and complete my tasks on time,even under pressure.The specialist marketing position helped me with my analytical,strategic thinking and creativity,focusing on the development of the social media page. It taught me how to look even more from the customer’s perspective,how to put their needs first and how important is the way you deliver the information.
