• New Business - Led Toyota Australia's entry into local assembly and distribution of hydrogen generators in the Australian market. Achieved through selecting local and international strategic partners, developing commercial contracts, confirming investment and resource requirements.• Customer Engagement - Leading engagement with construction, mining and events industries to identify opportunities and commercial models to displace diesel generators with hydrogen generators to achieve industry decarbonisation goals. • Industry Collaboration - Developed Government and Hydrogen Gas Supplier engagement plan to support the deployment of hydrogen generators in strategic locations. • Toyota Australia 2030 Energy Roadmap – Developed Toyota Australia’s 2030 Energy strategy and roadmap focusing on our value add across the EV Value Chain, Hydrogen Value Chain and external energy partnerships. Strategy and prioritisation projects endorsed by the senior executive team. • Partnership Framework – Led the development of a Toyota company wide Energy strategic partnership framework to support the identification of the most suitable energy partners for Toyota Australia.

• Mining Decarbonisation Strategy – Through in-depth consultation with our Mining Fleet customers, identified mining customer pain points regarding uptake of Commercial Electric Vehicles and energy solutions.• Toyota Group company Alignment - Identified collaboration opportunities with Toyota affiliated companies across Australia to efficiently utilize resources, reduce capital investment and align strategic projects. • Strategic Partnerships - Identification of business collaboration and alignment opportunities with external partners which aim to support Toyota's mobility goals and reduce customer pain points.

• Toyota Australia 2025 Roadmap – Leading the governance program to monitor the progress of Toyota Australia’s 2025 activities towards becoming a mobility company. This has included the establishment of an ‘Obeya’ room to visualise the status of all 2025 projects through clear short, mid and long term KPIs. Quarterly meetings with our senior executives have resulted in the progress of activities to be monitored and have facilitated strategic discussions with project leads. • President’s 2020 Goals – Worked with our President and CEO to identify Toyota Australia’s 2020 President’s goals and associated KPIs. These goals were successfully launched at the company’s annual President’s address to all employees in January 2018. • Senior Executive Business Trips – Successfully engaged with our President and Vice-President’s to develop business trip materials required for quarterly meetings with senior executives from our parent company, Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan.• Senior Management Forum – Led the development of our company’s 2018 and 2019 annual Business Priority Forum with our senior executive group. Outcomes from both forums have resulted in stronger alignment of business units. • 2019 company priorities – Achieved President and Vice-President endorsement of six company projects to be accelerated in 2019. This was achieved through presenting the findings of analysis around changes to the external environment and competitor activity. • Annual Company Performance Management Plan – Led the development of our annual company performance management objectives and targets in 2018 and 2019 and quarterly review process. • Advanced Planning Group – Identified the formation of new innovation department within Toyota Australia. The Advanced Planning Group sole focus is on test and trial carsharing pilots, fuel cell vehicles, data monetisation and vehicles with Intelligent Transport System (ITS) capabilities.

• 2025 Company direction – Led the development of externally facilitated workshops with company directors which included the analysis and impacts of global mega-trends, competitor activities and unique Australian environment to establish a long term direction of a mobility company. The direction to become a mobility company was endorsed by our parent company TMC and was successfully communicated by our President to all employees.• Annual Company Plan - Led the development of Toyota Australia's 2017 yearly company business plan resulting in Board of Director approval.Company contingency plan – Led the development of a company-wide contingency plan to identify and respond to company impacts in the event Ford and GM Holden were to exit Australian manufacturing operations. • Strategic Projects – Led investigation to identify strategic projects with the potential to generate future revenue. This includes Toyota Australia providing Toyota Production Systems (TPS) services to non-automitive sectors to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.• Carbon Taskforce Committee – Worked with internal stakeholders to identify carbon abatement projects as part of Toyota’s environment strategy. Contribution has resulted in Board approval of a $9M co-generation and Solar PV project. • Led a Plug-in Prius public trial with Victorian Government and GoGet car share to evaluate fleet and private market suitability of plug-in hybrid vehicles.

• Directors Strategic Workshop – Planned and developed presentation material for Directors to endorse company strategy and long term strategic projects. • Long Term Business Plan – Led the co-ordination and development of the company’s five year business plan to underpin profit targets and company wide objectives.• Strategic Project Development – Managed the reporting of Toyota's strategic forums through effective communication with various parts of the organisation.• Monthly Economic Reporting – Highlight to senior management the economic developments, risks and opportunities impacting the company and auto industry.

• Environment Management Systems (EMS) - Developed an EMS which achieved ISO 14001 certification at Toyota’s Parts Distribution Centre’s, Company Fleet Garage and Corporate Headquarters to manage environment compliance and improve performance.• Sustainability Reporting – Project managed Toyota Australia’s 2008, 2009 and 2010 Sustainability Reports resulting in achieving reporting award.• Achieve long term policy of zero waste to landfill – Implemented waste improvement projects at Corporate Headquarters, Company Garage and Parts Distribution Centres.• Vehicle Logistics CO2 emissions monitoring – Foundation member of industry wide Eco-Station Pilot working group to standardise vehicle logistics emissions.• Non Production water monitoring and performance – Implemented projects to achieve five year potable water reduction targets and to support WaterMAP approval.• Environment Training and Awareness – Delivered internal environment awareness training and external presentations to promote company’s environment activities.

• PQ Australia Cleaner Production Project - Assessed sodium silicate sludge waste reuse options to divert prescribed waste from landfill. • Robert Bosch Cleaner Production Project – Supported feasibility study investigation into lime slurry sludge and nickel-plating waste reduction opportunities.• Visy Pulp and Paper Cleaner Production Project - Provided technical input into Prescribed Industrial Waste generated on site and identified opportunities for improvement. • Business Sustainability Unit - Prescribed Industrial Waste Team planning and strategic regional development and systems progress tracking.• Mentoring role to new colleagues within the Unit through site visit investigations, imparting engineering process understanding and organisational knowledge and experience.
