I am also responsible for keeping hereO strategically aligned with market trends as well as ensuring that we effectively convey our message and value to our customers and partners, existing and potential.

Smart Apollon provided the Spanish hotel industry with professional services focused on creating partnerships and joint business ventures with multinational hotel chains and related travel services. The advisory included guidance for Spanish hoteliers on how to leverage and promote their offerings to the international tourism market.I established a broad network of international hotel industry contacts and helped create strategies and value that enabled the building of beneficial international partnerships. I also advised, created and delivered innovative programs and approaches to effectively promote their offerings to both local and international markets.

Gourmet a Casa provided delivery services for the restaurant industry in Barcelona. We met the needs of Barcelona's thriving restaurant industry through our fleet of mopeds that provided city-wide delivery services from restaurant to home. Our approach innovated the home delivery market in the city. This profitable business was sold in 2006.
