Environmental and regulatory adviser to the pipeline service line. Provided environmental strategic, technical and regulatory compliance support to Matrix Solutions newly formed (July 2014) pipeline service line and processes specifically applications, construction inspection/monitoring, integrity and internal training.

Environmental Technical Advisor to pipeline Integrity (ECDA- External Corrosion Direct Assessment) – Created and managed integrity and environmental inspection programs, associated constraints, costing and logistics for coating evaluations and assessments. Particularly ACVG – AC Voltage Gradient (coating faults), DCVG – DC Voltage Gradient (corrosion potential), CP – Cathodic Protection Annual and Close Interval Survey, DOC – Depth of Cover, Line Location- GPS centerline surveys, environmental right-of-way/watercourse inspections and database consulting using XLI Field/Office a PC software product for data processing, correlation and analysis.

Overseen the regulatory process and technical reporting as part of several particular provincial permit approvals process and NEB S.52 and S.58 application requirements. Specifically managed and prepared NEB Section 58 Applications for sweet natural gas and sour gas pipelines in northwestern Alberta / northeastern BC.

The development of a 1100 acre gravel and aggregate operations 67 km south of Fort McMurray, Alberta. Was responsible for all required application/permits technical studies and documentation for the Surface Material Exploration (SME), Surface Material Lease (SML), Access (LOC) and the Conservation and Reclamation Business Plan (CRBP). Was responsible for all the liaison between the government agencies and operator.
