Production LeaderI was responsible for the production of materials to the corporate brand and managing the Production Team. This included EOIs, PQQs, tenders, conference presentations for professional bodies (e.g. MPA, APM), internal presentations, marketing materials, assignment reports, newsletters etc. This involved designing and creating the appropriate template, formatting the content, developing and producing graphics, proofreading and producing the final product to very tight deadlines.IT TrainerI was responsible for improving IT awareness within the company and also increasing the level of IT competence for all staff through training and support. This was achieved with one-to-one training and small groups covering specialist topics, developing supporting documentation and practice exercises as requied.

I established an online training service and open learning environment for computer applications and supervised the training environment. This also included remote web-based training.I delivered a range of training courses for groups or one-to-one training and the main clients included Chiltern Railways, the Nichols Group, House of Commons and Lady Thatcher’s Office. I also completed training needs analysis and assisted individuals in following their training plans. This involved designing customised training courses and generating exercises and reference materials.

I developed and delivered training courses which ranged from presentations and demonstrations for large groups to individual consulting sessions. I also managed personal coaching style courses with delegates studying various Microsoft Office applications.I was responsible for training various levels of ability during several rollouts including Esso Petroleum Ltd, The Daily Telegraph and Jawaby Oil. This involved training incoming graduates up to senior executives. I also helped establish an Open Learning Centre to be used as a “drop in” resource providing ad hoc training and advice.I trained the Cap Gemini help-desk staff in their call management software (Remedy). This required a detailed understanding of Problem Management, Change Management, SLA’s and Management Roles. I assisted in making sure the courseware was up-to-date and relevant based on software updates and technology improvements.
