Daniel started with Timberline while pursuing his degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida. Since then, he has developed extensive experience in construction, and in the industry of temporary housing. His resume includes directly managing multiple projects with government agencies and the private sector. These projects consist of temporary placement, demobilization, rehabilitation, maintaining, and permanent placement of modular units. He has also worked in the development and training of new managers, through assisting them with coordinating new projects. He is OSHA trained and holds residential license in multiple states in the US. His responsibilities have since moved from direct project management to overall management of all projects, direction of all functions, daily operations, and long range planning for Timberline Homes. This includes being accountable for the overall profit /loss for the company’s division, and the pursuit of new endeavors. He is also responsible for setting company objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
