At Tenerity, I manage a small team of analysts responsible for the processing of over $100 million in annual US billings on a subscription based model. Other responsibilities include:+ Managing relationships with multiple merchant acquiring banks, processors and payment solution partners + Maintaining up to date knowledge on card issuer regulations, reducing fraud/chargeback rates, and maximizing successful pay through rates.+ Working with internal teams such as account management, IT, and project management to support future modernization projectsAt Paysafe Group I oversaw newly acquired merchants through the after-sale process to ensure a smooth customer experience. I worked directly with Sales, Onboarding, Implementations, and Customer Success to communicate all the various steps and improvements necessary to manage new accounts. In addition, my responsibilities included:+ Managing an Implementations team of 8 representatives, ensuring monthly activation targets are achieved.+ Training team members in systems that include: iWorkflow, Salesforce, Vonage, Zen Desk, Clover, Cardflight, and Authorize.net.+ Head supervisor contact for multiple direct sales offices in regard to merchant escalations.+ Creating and leading an L&D project with the goal of spreading knowledge and developing future opportunities for Paysafe employees.My prior experiences to Paysafe Group had me working in east and west coast markets acquiring new clients for fortune 100-500 companies in the telecommunications industry. Leadership skills I have developed over my career have led me to expertise in many fields including direct sales, recruiting, operations, implementations, customer success, and management.
