Responsible for 700 company own stores Direct and indirect reports of 30+ people.I managed all regional KPI's indicators including Sales, Finance, Execution, Turnover, Productivity, stocks and business development.Develop of new initiatives of commercial strategy, in which under my leadership we create a new customer offer that brought additional and unexpected EBIT to the company

Responsible for 260 company own stores, I had a team of 14 individuals, my responsibilities included monitoring and evaluation of several indicators such as, Profit, Execution, Rotation, Productivity, Inventory, sales and business development. I Achieved all of KPI's before 2 years working on this position, decreased of inventory loss by 50%, decreased turnover by 20%, volume growth compared to previous year by 1%, team synergy and excellent work environment.

Supervision of 48 SIX stores, in charge of operations and compliance of the target, monitoring and evaluation of indicators such as execution, stocks, business evaluation and development. I managed to be in the national TOP 5 in all my KPIs for the first year.

Responsible for the network growth in the state of Baja California, my activities included to elaborate research and market analysis, negotiation and synergy with investors, management of the relationship with the government officers in order of the correct processing of all necessary documentation, negotiation with landlords, planning and organization of the company's resources to open business according to the expansion plan.• Achieved 110% of my goal in my first year, I have closed negotiations with investors which helped increase sales on average of 25%, Awarded as Champ SIX in November 2011, I was selected to support the Baja California Sur market and train a new team member.
