-Direct Staff of American Art Fair -Develop and coordinate rotating position schedules for the day-Work directly with Art Fair director, building events director, operations staff, and art dealers with any and all tasks-Design slide presentations for dealers and patrons, showcasing this years offerings on-display-direct dealers to their assigned booths and locations-organize parking and loading/unloading of art and building materials-Assist with Social media outreach and development-procure materials for and assist with room and table decoration-Strictly follow, advertise, and police the fairs COVID-19 safety protocols

Duties:● Processing and organizing all payments to N-YHS’s Group Sales Department.● Tracking and recording all docent/volunteer activities, including guided tour attendance.● Compiling research for docents for upcoming exhibitions, including scanning and paperdistribution, and doing further research in response to docent’s questions on content.● Providing top customer service to group tour patrons and organizers.● Presenting and hosting to groups during our many exhibit-related after-hours programs

Duties:● Preparing admission for patrons and members.● Managing memberships; processing new memberships and modifying existing ones.● Organizing the museum’s coat and bag check area.● Answering questions concerning the museum and its surrounding neighborhood.

Duties:● Presenting insightful, historical programs to patrons of all ages and backgrounds, in groupsas large as 25+.● Retaining extensive knowledge of the areas of interest (specifically, the High Line Park andthe 9/11 Memorial) to answer questions on the subjects.● Managing strict time limits and individuals reservations, while leading large groups aroundManhattan.● Sending follow-up emails to registered guests and answering related questions post-tour.

● Writing, researching, directing, and teaching historical school programs to school groups, inline with the New Jersey Student Learning Standards for Social Studies.● Leading daily tours of the historic mansion and its grounds in full age-appropriate attire.● Researching and organizing the Museum’s book and other printed collections.● Curating and cataloging the museum’s historic wine cellar, as seen in several publications.

As a Performing Arts Director, I was responsible for introducing, leading and directing Performing Arts-related activities to campers of all ages, with many activities geared at introducing young campers to working on a stage for the first time. Within the year, I also coordinated and hosted the camp's end-of-the-year talent show, and assistant directed that year's musical, "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown"
