Daniel J. Davidson is a seasoned mortgage banker with 14 years experience in the industry. He was introduced to the term "Mortgage" in VA, after earning his Bachelor's Degree from VA Tech's Pamplin School of Business, a Nationally Ranked Top 25 Business School. After originating mortgages in Virginia for one year, he relocated to Las Vegas, NV, in 2003 where he experienced successes in a very unique demographic marketplace. Finally, in 2015, he relocated to Phoenix, AZ to be close to his son and take on the challenge of yet another demographic.Daniel has demonstrated a genuine interest in Real Estate. He designed his 1st house made of clay at age five. While at VT, he had a reputation for understanding numbers that few had. This understanding, combined with his passion towards Real Estate, made Real Estate Financing a natural fit. He maintains a positive metal attitude, and you will never see him sweat the small stuff.
