He represents numerous individuals and businesses in the development, sale, and exchange of real/personal property, and licensing and structuring of medical and recreational cannabis businesses. He also has extensive experience in tax-deferred exchanges, commercial real estate finance, tax assessments appeals, zoning, and site condominium development.
