Thanks for checking out my profile!I was originally born in Blackpool, UK, but moved over to live close to Benidorm, Spain, at the age of 10 where I was thrown in the deep end in an all Spanish school, which was very hard at the time, but I now appreciate as I am now bilingual in English and Spanish.Lived in a few European countries over the years, but feel like Benidorm is my home. Any given day is like a holiday.I got into sales around the age of 19, and found a passion for real estate when I got my first job in a new build property developer selling luxury properties along the coast at the age of 21.After a few years working with the developer and as a freelance real estate agent, I set up my first company that went on for 10 years, until the pandemic hit and I decided it was time for a change.I have recently founded a new real estate agency in Benidorm called Costa Prime Properties, where we focus on private listings in the Benidorm and surrounding areas, as well as all the new build and off plan properties on the Costa Blanca.When I am not working, I will be spending time with my family, my little cheeky son and her baby sister that follows his every footstep... Managing Activanza I learned the difference between being a sales agent and a business owner. As an agent your main focus is to offer the best possible service to sellers in order to get them a fair price for their property, as well a understanding your buyer's needs in order to present to them the properties that best fit their lifestyle and required characteristics. If done professionally, it is not uncommon for the buyer to purchase something very different to their initial requests.As a business owner, things are a little more complex, and you have to think of many other variables. During this time I learnt how to brand and market a business, establish national and international connections, build, manage and motivate a sales team, marketing, design, numerous websites and custom CRM, business accounting and statistics, as well as many other aspects that you don't have to worry about as a sales person. Here I provided my services as a freelance real estate agent, for the listing of properties, customer service and closing of sales.This is where I discovered that the sale of new construction properties has nothing to do with the complexity of the operations of a real estate agency. Both have their difficulties, but in new construction you only sell what you have and have a different approach. In the sales between private sellers and buyers you have a world of opportunities that you must manage and put together all the pieces of a puzzle together in order to help your clients.After a few years as a freelance agent, I decided that it was time to establish my own company, so together with a friend and colleague also in real estate, we established Activanza Corredores Inmobiliarios.
