As the Compliance Director for TalentWave, I provide subject matter expertise in independent contractor compliance, vendor qualification and management, and global services solutions. My role focuses on ensuring compliance within our client's independent workforce programs and the ability to help our clients retain best-in-class talent within the independent workforce.

As the Compliance Director for Synergy, I oversee the compliance processes and on-boarding process between Synergy and our clients, contractor workforce and strategic partners. Leading and working collaboratively with the compliance team, I execute joint solutions with clients, partners, and Synergy’s contingent workforce through the entire life cycle of a contractor's vetting process. With a background in management and customer service, I work with my team to ensure best-in-class compliance programs for our clients and workers.
